limited options infrequent shuttle
i was a little let down by the breakfast. it was supposed to be à la carte, but the options were limited, and the quality wasn't great. also the shuttle service to the city center was not frequent enough for my liking, it made planning trips a bit difficult.

The room was a good size. The bed was massive.
I was disappointed because the pool was too cold. I learned the pool cannot be heated. This meant we couldn't swim at all (such a bummer!).

polite staff cozy room instant replies
The staff was polite and helpful. The room was nice, cozy and clean. WhatsApp service worked great. I got instant replies to any request. The shuttle bus to the centre was a real plus for transport.
The breakfast was okay but not great in relation to other places I've been to.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes. I liked the selection of local Balinese specialties. The restaurant also offered a diverse dinner menu with vegetarian options.
